Last Updated: 13 August 2026 These Terms govern all use of www.ariella.shop and all purchases made through the site. The contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using our website.

Ariella is an independent Shopify-powered online women’s fashion retailer registered in the United Kingdom. Trading Address: 23 Millbank Road, Port Glasgow, PA14 5YY, United Kingdom

You warrant you are 18 years of age or older, or are accessing and ordering with full parental/guardian approval. You agree not to use the site for illegal, fraudulent, hacking, abusive or disruptive activity that breaches UK law or harms website operation.

We aim to ensure photos, sizes, prices and stock levels are accurate. Minor colour differences due to screen display settings are not deemed faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Prices and availability may be amended without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, cancel mispriced orders before dispatch and issue full automatic refunds.

An automated order confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your request and does not form a binding sales contract. We may decline or cancel orders for failed payment, invalid address, suspected fraud, out-of-stock items or policy violations, with full refunds processed accordingly. Your statutory consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected.

Your purchase is also governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy, all of which form part of these binding Terms of Service.

All text, logos, product images, layout, graphics and trademarks on www.ariella.shop belong exclusively to Ariella. Unauthorised copying, reproduction or commercial exploitation violates UK copyright and trademark law.

You must not upload malicious software, attempt unauthorised server access, scrape large volumes of site data, send spam or infringe third-party IP rights. We reserve the right to block your IP for serious breaches.

The site may reference external websites and Google marketing tools. Ariella accepts no responsibility for third-party website content, privacy policies or services.

You agree to indemnify Ariella against all losses, legal fees, damages and third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of UK legislation.

Goods and the website are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum total liability for any single claim will not exceed the total value paid for that order. This does not limit non-negotiable statutory consumer rights.

If any clause is ruled invalid by a competent court in England and Wales, the rest of the Terms remain fully enforceable.
